COMPLETED: Presenting my custom designed 6-session seminar on "How to Start Your Own  Business and Make It Successful" at Keefe At Night in Framingham, MA on September 5, 12, 19, and 26, October 10 and 17, 2019.  Topics are: Develop the Business Model, How to Write an Effective Business Plan, Maximize Cash Flow, How to Obtain Financing, as well as helping the participants' develop their own Business Plan template.

COMPLETED:  Presenting my How to Write an Effective Business Plan seminar for the The Enterprise Center at Salem State University in Salem, MA. on November 15, 2017 from 8:30-10:30AM.  This seminar is for all entrepreneurs and small business owners as well as those preparing to enter the new and improved North of Boston Business Plan Competition.

COMPLETED:  Presented my Maximizing Cash Flow seminar on October 10, 2017 to back to back classes of freshmen business students at Dean College, followed by a 30-minute interview on WGAO (Dean College's radio station) with Professor Alan Adams.  The radio interview will be broadcast beginning on Saturday, October 21. 

COMPLETED:  Presented my How to Write an Effective Business Plan seminar for the The Enterprise Center at Salem State University in Salem, MA. on September 27, 2017 from 8:30-10:30AM.  This seminar is for all entrepreneurs and small business owners as well as those preparing to enter the new and improved North of Boston Business Plan Competition.

COMPLETED:  Presented my Maximizing Cash Flow seminar for the Small Business Development Center Northeast Regional office at The Enterprise Center at Salem State University in Salem, MA. on September 14, 2017 from 8:30-10:30AM.

COMPLETED:  As a Volunteer Interise Advisor, I facilitated a Strategy Roundtable Conference Call on "Managing Cash Flow as You Scale."  The national call was on August 16, 2017 and it included small business owners who are alumni of Interise's StreetWise MBA program, with Gross Revenues between $250,000 and $10,000,000.  I've received very good feedback on the call, with many saying they got much value from the content.

COMPLETED: Presented my Creating Your (Next) Strategic Plan seminar for The Enterprise Center at Salem State University in Salem, MA. on June 29, 2017.     

COMPLETED:  Presented my Maximizing Cash Flow seminar to an Introduction to Entrepreneurship class at Northern Essex Community College in Lawrence, MA. on March 28, 2017.

COMPLETED:  Presented my Maximizing Cash Flow seminar to an Introduction to Entrepreneurship class at Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, MA. on April 3, 2017.

COMPLETED:  Presented my Maximizing Cash Flow seminar for the Small Business Development Center Northeast Regional office at Northern Essex Community College in Lawrence, MA. on April 12, 2017 from 6:00-8:00PM.   

COMPLETED:  Boston Business Journal Presents: How to Drive Sales & Maximize Cash Flow. My colleague Bryan Caplan (BJC Branding) and Boston Business Journal spoke about truly effective email marketing that drives sales and converting BBJ sales leads into customers, using user-friendly features available through Boston Business Journal.  I was the guest speaker and presented my Maximizing Cash Flow process.  This seminar was sponsored by Boston Business Journal and Constant Contact.  It was held at Constant Contact headquarters in Waltham, MA. on April 19, 2017 from 10AM to 12:00PM. 

COMPLETED:  Presented my Maximizing Cash Flow seminar for the Small Business Development Center Northeast Regional office at Salem State University in Salem, MA. on May 4, 2017 from 8:30-10:30AM.

Babson College Executive Education Center, member of an ongoing work group to help set the strategic direction of the Babson Institute for Family Entrepreneurship.

Evaluator in Babson College's B.E.T.A. Challenge (graduate and undergraduate annual Business Plan competition).

My passion for teaching is an important function of Share Business Growth Strategies LLC.  I have been teaching seminars for over 40 years including with Bank of Boston, Massachusetts Small Business Development Center Northeast Region, The Enterprise Center at Salem State University, Keefe At Night Adult Education Programs, Interise, and my own seminars.  

My seminars provide attendees with the knowledge and steps they need to build and grow their business, maximize Cash Flow, develop and prepare an effective Business Plan, and learn the right questions to ask.  "You don't know what you don't know" will seriously impact your ability to succeed, putting added pressure and stress on management and staff.  

 

I am currently developing joint seminars with experts in different fields to provide specific expertise in managing Cash Flow by revenue and expense category, and I will gladly work with you to custom-design a seminar specific to your needs.  Location is not an issue.
